- March, 13, 2010 - Night skiing season 2010 over
Three tracks were lit during the nights
at the Geisskopf mountain. Bischofsmais invested a lot of money and meanwhile built
three alpine downhill tracks "on fire". They were lit during evening
hours until March, 13. This allowed skiing and snowboarding until the late evening!
For even longer fun on skis and snowboards. Now night-skiing-fans have to wait until next season...

The skiing-lift at Geisskopf mountain in Bischofsmais in the Bavarian Forrest ist open now. After some fresh snow and Habisried "in a white coat" the skiing-lift startet working today. We wish all guests "happy skiing".

At the moment we are renovating the childrens sleeping room in our apartment A. The apartment will be available again soon.

- April, 14, 2009 - Nature shows from her best side
Snow at Geiskopf mountain melts fast, while nature shows from her best side. Nice tracks for walking right beside our hose invite fol walking, nordic walking or biking. Bikers enjoy beautiful tracks for doing a bike tour through the Bavarian Forest and around the Geisskopf mountain. We even started the barbecue-season in the garden at perfect temperatures in April around 20 degrees centigrade. Benefit from low after-season-rates now and spend some quiet days in Bischofsmais

- December, 31, 2008 - Big NewYears Eve-Party in Habischried
By the end of the year a big New Years Eve-party does happen in Habischried. From 11 p.m. guests and locals meet each other to welcome the New Year. Meeting is at town-center (at Firefighter´s house) in Habischried - with swedish fire, nice music and well tasting drinks. A heartly welcome!

- June, 01, 2008 - Bikepark invites many guests for biking and downhill
The biggest bikepark allover Germany in Bischofsmais / Geisskopf lies just 500 metres from our apartments with a heart. Bikers enjoy the beautiful weather and good tracks for jumping or just biking. Several tracks and forrest-tracks are starting just beside our house.

- May, 30, 2008 - Pictures of aour apartments updated
We put in the latest pictures of the new living room (apartment A) and the freshly renovated second sleeping room (apartment B).

- April, 20, 2008 - Both apartments were renovated again.
We added a basket-chair to the living room of apartment A. The children´s sleeping room in apartment B was renovated, too. We removed the wooden wall cover and gave the room a new, fresh and cosy wallpaint colour. We always keep on doing our best for our guests.

- March, 08 - Skiseason ends - Walking-season starts
The last pieces of snow are melting away pretty fast and the first mountain-bikers are on their bikes now. Our guests are enjoying perfectly sunny days and invite for nice walks, tours and bike-trips around the Geisskopf mountain.

- December, 12 - It shall become white again at
the Geisskopf mountain in Bavaria
It´s supposed to be snowing today. And if the forecast
will be, what it´s saying - the snow shall be staying until
christmas. So there shall be white christmas this year in the Bavarian
Forrest in Bavaria in Germany. Let´s see, if it does!

Bischofsmais invested a lot of money and meanwhile

snowing on in Bischofsmais at the Geisskopf mountain
in the German BavarianForrest!
This morning it started to snow againi n Bischofsmais / Habischried at the Geisskopf mountain in the Bavarian forrest (Germany). White flakes are falling down from the sky. The snow-basis on the ground builds a perfect basis with the preceeding cold temperatures. We are looking forward to a great winterseason and beautiful skiing in 2007 / 2008 in Bischofsmais.
- November, 18 - 80 cm of snow at the Geisskopf mountain - ideal conditions for wintersports: skiing, toboggan-run and snowboarding...
Due to several snowfalls last week, the Geisskopf mountain in Bischofsmais is now covered by 80 cm of snow. Tracks are perfectly prepared. Wonderful winter conditions for skiing, toboggan-run and snowboarding. Beautiful, soft snow without ice - it couldn´t be better. We enjoyed a great day with skiing and toboggan-running all the way down from the top. To make it simple: Optimal conditions!

First snowflakes came down from the sky into Bischofsmaus. About 30 cm white powder covered the ground. We had plenty to do to clear the tracks. The next days shell stay "white" in our region...

weather!
We enjoy beautiful end-summer days in Habischried
- just 500 m away of the Geisskopf mountain. Wonderful biking-trips,
walking, and nordic walking routes make your holiday perfect.
Its the perfect time right now - not too hot and beautiful
nature.

- July, 03 - Plenty of cherries in our garden - freshly
from the tree!
Again 2007 out cherry tree has plenty of dark-red
cherries. A ladder stands right at the tree and our guests
enjoy as much cherries a day as they like. Yam!!!

Our guest tell us about the "new" Bikepark Bischofsmais
/ Geisskopf - the biggest bikepark in Germany. "The designers
did their best, to build interesting tracks for mountainbikers

Everyon, who wants to go on holidays together with their dog,
are welcome! Our apartment B is available for dog-owning guests.
Your holiday at the Geisskopf mountain offers you and your
dog plenty of walking-trails - discover our beautiful area
of nature.

Bikers are happy. The all-season relaxing area Geisskopf around
Bischofsmais in Bavaria / Germany offers beautiful mountain-tracks
for bikers (beginners as well as advanced ones) Nice tours
for mountainbikers make them happy. Enjoy the perfect weather
conditions with plenty of sun - even up to 20°C these
days. The binking season is opened. There´s room for
your bike in out locked garage.

- March 18 - Winterseason closes its doors!
Even if you can rarely find some areas covered with snow on
the Geisskopf mountain, the winterseason has finished. Spring
shows lovely colors and plenty of spring-flowers are starting
to grow. Nature show a new kind of glare. Beautiful tracks
for Nordic walking-fans invite our guests to enjoy the wonderful
Bavarian Forest around Bischofsmais!

- February 08 - Skiing, cross country and winter toboggan
are open!
Since two weeks we finally got enough snow. The local radio
station announces perfect skiing conditions at the Geisskopf
mountain - just 500 meters from our apartments away. Cross
country-fans enjoy their sport - as the ski runs pass directly
by our apartments. Bischofsmais greets its guests!

- December 29 - Finally we´ve got snow!
Tonight we finally got snow. Overnight 10 cm of snow fell
down. And for January 2nd they pronounce some more of it.
We wish everybody plenty of snow this winter season!

- December 07 - Waiting for snow
As temperatures went down some degrees meanwhile, we are waiting
for snow. And surely it won´t be a long time to wait...
- December 06 - Santa Claus is coming to town...
You could see children´s eyes shining...Santa Claus
told them, what he had seen during the year. But the gifts
(nuts, oranges and sweets) tasted as well as the chocolate
santa!

- November 02 - First snow has been falling
Temperatures decreased slightly below 0 °C. Overnight
we got our first 20 centimeters of white snow. We and our
guests are looking forward to skiing at the Geisskopf mountain
in Bischofsmais / Germany / Bavarian Forest and to a funny
toboggan run as well as cross-country skiing with the beautful
tracks starting right behind our apartements.

- October 14 - Wonderful sunny days of autumn invite
you to enjoy the beautifyl nature
Autumn has just begun, some leafs are already coloured. Wonderful
days of autumn invite our guests for beautiful walks into
the area of Bischofsmais and with few steps to the Geisskopf
mountain. Dreamlike nature and a lot of sun let you forget
your work.

- September 30 - Perfect conditions
for walking and nordic walkling...
Autumn stands in front of the door and directly at its beginning.
In a short while leafs will change its color. You can join
beautiful walks and use the perfect walking traks starting
shortly beside our apartments for walking and nording
walking. The summer toboggan run is still open for
guests of the Bischofsmais area and around.

- August 22 - Appartements were rated four stars ****
Apartments with a heart were rated with four stars ****. Last
week Rosi and Kurt Loibl from Habischried were awarded and
received the official zertificate from German tourism organisation.
We are very happy about this high degree and offer our guest
- now officially stated - Apartments with a heart on a high
level. And this at a low rate beginning at 31.00 EUR per night
and apartment not far from the mountain Geisskopf in Bischofsmais...

- July 23 - Cherry-Alarm...
In the garden of Apartments with a heart Rosi Loibl there´s
plety to do. Many red cherrys, sweet as sugar are giving not
only us but also our guests a good taste. The picture shows
Rosi and Andre Geven from the Netherlands - staying in our
apartments since 17 years. What a taste!
- July 2 - Apartments with a heart now offer a DVD-Player
Our Apartments with a heart were equipped with a modern DVD-Player
these days. You can´t only listen to your audio-CDs
in the apartement, you can also watch your movies on DVD or
play MP3 or picture-CDs too.

- June 15 - Second Webdesign-Award for Apartments
with a heart
Our site just got its second webdesign-award today- the TomY-Award.
Award-Verleih.de writes: "We just visited your
website and decided to award you our Silver-Award."
That makes us very happy! We will do our best in future to
always upload latest information about the Bischofsmais /
Geisskopf area for our guests and plenty of information about
the bikepark, summer tobbogan and our apartments in Habischried
as well.
- June 1 - On the way to "three
stars-rated" apartments...
"Vacation apartments with a heart - Rosi Loibl"
are on the way to qualify for the "star rating".
We will join the rating at the end of June to qualify for three stars in 2006 and want to even improve
our service next year for 2007. We will let you know, if we
proved the evaluation.

relaxation
Summer is comming. Hills with plenty of green grass, flowers,
trees - time to enjoy nature and to relax some days in the Bavarian
Forest. Geißkopf mountain area invites for walking, nordic
walking or to join the especially built course for summer-tobbogan.
Fun for the whole family. Our apartments at the bottom of Geißkopf
in Bischofsmais / Germany offer a lot of possibilities for relaxation.

days
The beauty-month May has begun. A lot of nice flowers
have started growing, trees show us that spring hast just opened
it´s doors. Many walkers and nordic-walkers enjoy beautiful
nature at the bottom of Geisskopf mountain in Bischofsmais.

- April 1 - Winter season finished
The Geisskopf-Skilift has closed. The winter season
is at its end. Snow is melting fast at warm temperatures and
a lot of warming sun. The first flowers are supposed to come
out of the ground the next days and walking through our beautiful
part of nature is at one of its nicest moments in the year.
Wonderful walkings for walkers and nordic walkers are possible
and even inline-skaters will have a lot of fun now.Herrliche
Spaziergänge bieten sich Wanderern, Nordic Walkern und
auch Inline-Skater kommen schnell auf Ihre Kosten.

During this winter our apartments were booked almost
all the time. We want to say thank you to all the guests,

All ski-lifts remain open until Sunday, March 26th.
- March 11 - Today the multilingual-version
of our site started its run. You can obtain each page
with the latest information about our vacation-apartments at

but also in english and dutch as

Once again removing plenty of snow in front of the vacation-apartments.
But - our guests are lucky about the amount of snow. Apartments

Tonight another 20 cm of snow (last
week it did snow almost every day). The slopes are in great
conditions and the ski-lift is running. Perfect for skiing and

Plenty 50 cm snow fell down tonight. Perfect
sloapes, beautiful fresh snow and for us half a day
to get rid of it in front of the apartments. What else are you

good 2 feet of snow.
Great slope conditions just 10 m away from our apartments
and magnificent snow - the ski lift is going, the high-elevation
cross-country ski run is made! What better conditions to wish
for? Our guests have plenty of fun and enjoy the perfect conditions.
